1. No Refunds Policy (All Sales Are Final)

All items sold on UI Mart are intangible digital products (such as source code, full-stack templates, UI kits, design assets, and developer tools). Because digital products cannot be returned or revoked once downloaded, all purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment is completed.

2. Inspect Previews & Live Demos Before Purchase

We strongly recommend thoroughly evaluating the product before placing an order:

Check live preview demos and interactive web deployments
Examine screenshots, component lists, and feature breakdowns
Review required technologies, framework versions, and dependencies
Read product documentation and verify compatibility with your project

3. Duplicate Billing Exceptions

The only circumstance where a refund may be granted is an accidental duplicate transaction (for example, being billed twice for the identical product within a short timeframe due to a payment gateway glitch). If this happens, please contact our support team within 48 hours with your transaction receipts.

4. Download & Access Assistance

If you face any issues downloading your purchased package, accessing corrupted zip archives, or missing files, our support team will promptly assist you to ensure you receive the complete, working digital files.

5. Product Support from Creators

Sellers on UI Mart are responsible for providing basic setup guidance and documentation for their products. For any technical questions regarding code installation or setup, you can reach out through the product contact channels.
